Hello again everyone! Holly here.
We’ve had a rather exciting time over the past month or so, spending time in the studio, polishing off songs and... recording our first music video!
The video is for our next single ‘Burnin’ Up’ from our upcoming EP release. Our videographer for the day was Cal Nicol from Lucid Shade who was super chill and really easy to work with. We all had an amazing time.
We filmed the video at EH5 studios in Edinburgh which is a purpose-built venue for film shoots and theatre rehearsals. It was a super long day - kicking off at 10am and not getting home until 12 at night! We danced and sung and played until we were absolutely knackered, and we had a great time doing so.
We also were lucky enough to work with Chrissie Ardrill, a very talented contemporary dancer, roller skater and aerial artist from Glasgow who was whizzing about on roller-skates all day looking fabulous. Chrissie runs the Sugar and Spin Skate Crew who host roller skating dance classes which look SO fun! Unfortunately, we didn’t have a go at roller skating (we figured it would be best to leave it to the professionals). There’s always next time...
It was a great experience and we're reeeeally looking forward to sharing the finished product soon, and our next EP very soon after.
